Baked chocolate cake

Oh, this cake is so delicious all the family, why did it just appear, but the heat is increasing constantly. Looking at the bakery goods, this dish always seems to be the first to sell out. I like "she" because she is easy to eat, very soft, moist, fragrant, and rich in chocolate without whipping cream because the cake is not delicious, so she can eat ... a lot without being fat and Vietnamese taste, do not like fat, I think this taste will be very suitable.

The way to make this dish is a bit like Ogura cake, mix the flour like Chiffon / gato Hong Kong and then bake it in a water bath. Thanks to the water-proof baking, the cake is easy to make, not worrying about flattening, so just mixing the flour well is highly successful. In the recipe we use butter, chocolate and cocoa powder to create a rich and "fat" chocolate flavor (the English word for 'rich' is more substantial, but we don't know how to translate it into Vietnamese), we also use a little crushed orange / lemon peel to make the cake even more fun.
